🛍️ 1. What kind of products do you sell?

We create high-quality custom-designed Hawaiian Shirts that combine comfort, humor, and personality. Every item is made to order — designed, printed, and shipped with care.

🎨 2. Can I request a custom design?

We come up with all of our own designs but we would love to hear what other bands you'd like our design team to come up with next, follow us on Instagram @dumbmerchshirts where we'll regularly be running polls and asking what bands you want to see from us next!

📏 3. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend checking measurements before ordering since all items are made to order.

💳 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed safely through Shopify’s encrypted system.

🚚 5. How long does shipping take?

All items are made to order, so please allow:

• 2–4 business days for production, and

• 4–8 business days for shipping within the USA.
  International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on location.

🔄 6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
If your order arrived damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dumbmerchshirts.com with photos and your order number.

🧺 7. How should I wash my Dumb Merch Shirts apparel?

To keep your prints looking fresh:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing

• Use cold water and mild detergent

• Avoid bleach or fabric softeners

• Tumble dry low or air dry

🧢 8. Are your shirts unisex?

Yes! Most of our items are unisex and designed to look great on everyone. Check the size chart for specific fit details.
