At Dumb Merch Shirts, every product is made to order with your chosen design. Because of this, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

Refund Eligibility

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The wrong item, size, or design was sent.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue at info@dumbmerchshirts.com.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom printed items due to buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or design choices.

  • Gift cards or sale items.

Return Process

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for shipping the item back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
